Fashion Avenue News Magazine (and all of our publications/blogs/video/media/press placement-these guidelines cover all the mentioned) accepts submissions from photographers, models, modeling agencies, managers, talent managers, makeup artists, bloggers, writers, fashion designers, and stylists. By submitting items, you are stating that you have permission/authorizations and all clearances to submit the items to Fashion Avenue News, LLC and all of our media partners/collaborators for media distribution. We, including our media partners/collaborators, are held blameless for any and all disputes which arise out of your submissions. This statement will serve as a Release Form for any and all submissions. These rules are effective for any and all submissions, read or unread, forever and a day. Fashion Avenue News is not responsible for any cost associated with the production of your submission; also we do not pay for submissions. Photos should be submitted by Dropbox to EIC@FashionAvenueNews.com The folder should be labeled by the name of the person submitting the images, this way we can find it quickly.

1. Editorial do not have to be exclusive. We do not offer complimentary copies of the publication. Please include a title for your submission – if not Title is included, we will name your submission.
COVER CONSIDERATION:
We charge a fee for Front and Back Covers, email us for pricing SDavis@FashioAvenueNews.com – please include your Social Media.
2. Nudity is allowed, however it must be implemented tastefully.
3. Team credit must be accompanied, in a Word Document, with the editorial that should include (but is not limited to) photographer, hair, makeup, stylist, model assistants, etc. If your model(s) are agency represented, please be sure to specify the agency’s name as well. Please provide links to your website for linking purposes to help promote your work. We will not publish/accept submissions without their team credits.
4. Tear Sheets are sent out between 30 and 90 days after publication of submission.
Please DO NOT submit photos with “PROOF” or “PHOTO NAME” on the photo. Include credits with email.
PHOTOGRAPHY SUBMISSIONS:
By allowing Fashion Avenue News, LLC and our entities to publish your work, you grant us permission to use your work in any of our entities, including but not limited to, publications, websites, marketing material, advertisements, videos and any other mediums or formats used in the creation and dissemination of Fashion Avenue News or any of our entities.
MODEL SUBMISSIONS:
If you are a model submitting for placement in Fashion Avenue News Magazine, please submit HI RES photos along with all permissions as stated in the ALL SUBMISSIONS paragraph. By submitting images/pics to Fashion Avenue News, LLC you state that you have all the permissions/authorizations/clearances to submit the photos for distribution and you give Fashion Avenue News, LLC, FULL permission/authorizations/clearances to use the works. Fashion Avenue News is not responsible for any fees/cost associated with you submitting images for publication. Fashion Avenue News has no liability to anyone associated with the creation of the editorial/images.
PHOTO SUBMISSIONS:
Please include all photo credits with your submission in a WORD DOCUMENT. No other type of document will be accepted for credits. This should include (but is not limited to) photographer, hair, makeup, stylist, model name, location and assistants, etc. Rules for photo submissions are the same as “All Submissions” paragraph.
WARDROBE CREDITS:
All wardrobe credits need to be clearly stated according to image file name so that we can easily distinguish which names goes with what images. This helps us to avoid any errors. Please also include URLs to the websites of the designers.
CONTRIBUTING WRITER/BLOGGER SUBMISSIONS:
At Fashion Avenue News, LLC we are always looking for writers and bloggers who would like to contribute to the magazine and website. If you are interested in writing or blogging for us, please send an email to EIC@FashionAvenueNews.com with the headline “Writer Submission” and attach your story/pitch. All items submitted are subject to the same rules as “All Submissions” paragraph.
