Darling you had to be ready, because Le Coiffeur Styles the Runways burned up the Watson Hotel. Everyone that was Anyone was in the building. Even the pouring rain had to stop for this fabulous event.
The show was amazing, starting with the models arriving for Hair, Make Up and any additional fittings at 9:00am SHARP. We were excited to have Celebrity SuperModel Hollywood, fly in from Florida. Beauty Director, Schanica Pickens had it all under control, along with Kontessia Atkins, running back stage with additional assistants. DJ Renegade was ready with every beat. The Creative Production crew had been there since 4am transforming the Watson hotel into a Boss Lady Wonderland. Everything was on point and on time.
The electricity was in the air as Media and Press began to arrive. The Boss Lady had out done herself with this show, she had a private Press/Media room for interviews, a large Hair & MUA room, the event was live streamed by RunwayNews.com and there was even a separate room for Food and Beverages.
Media Sponsors Runway News and Fashion Avenue News along with numerous Press, including Mr. Don Shoot A Thon team (in charge of Media), started interviewing designers from across the world.

The entire evening was amazing with the Boss Lady honoring many people and a touching tribute to a Supermodel that left us all too soon. A special “Thank You” goes out to all the Models and Entertainment in the show, we appreciate your performance.
We were blessed with the Queen Mother (Wendy Isaac’s Mom) in from St. Kitts to witness the creativity of all her daughter does. She was so proud. She gushed “I can’t believe it” when seeing all the beauty and talent that was in the show. There were numerous family members in the audience which made it all so much more magical.
The Boss Lady has done it again. Everything she touches turns to Gold. Her greatest strength is she understand that there is no “I” in TEAM and acknowledges her husband and additional team members for all their hard work putting this show together. Le Coiffeur Styles the Runways is one of the most PROFESSIONAL SHOWS in New York City. The show starts on time, fabulous models and Press galore.
This is just the tip of the iceberg, there are many people to mention and thank, therefore, a more detailed review will be coming.
