JACOMO DE JACOMO ORIGINAL Eau de Toilette for Men
Originally created by master perfumer Christian Mathieu, the perfumers’ team at IFF refreshed the juice without altering its great Woody-Spicy character. The packaging has been redesigned, while keeping the unique zippo-style closure.
In the late 60’s, James Kaplan, an American art collector, and Gerard Courtin, a French pianist, created a fashion accessories collection called Jacomo: Ja for James, Co for Courtin and Mo to give the name a musical touch. They opened their first boutique on Fifth Avenue on New York in 1969. Following the success of their brand they decided to launch their first perfume in 1970: Eau Cendrée. Following its success, Jacomo became a renowned perfume brand introducing many other successful fragrances. The Art Collection by Jacomo became synonymous of the revival of the brand reconnecting the Art World with the House of Jacomo. Earlier this year the launch of the very innovative It’s me for Him and for Her won the perfume packaging award of the year.
